Solution: New branding, design, and build for a website, signup gateway, and client portal that were more inline with Crypton’s vision.
OVERVIEW
Crypton Mobile is a digital solutions business providing modern, secure methods for a variety of daily transactions that include electronic signatures, text messaging, cloud storage, identification verification, blockchain-based security, and digitalizing of their stipulations and reference document processes. Crypton started in Augusta, Georgia and has always been at the cutting edge of the digital world. They wanted their vision to be clearly evident with branding that was also at the cutting edge. With their services having also expanded, they came to Powerserve for the design and programming expertise needed for their new corporate branding, onboarding gateway, and client-portal. Powerserve was able to provide them with a sleek and modern new look that fits the vision of the company as well as custom programming to streamline client onboarding and usage of their software.

PROCESS & SOLUTIONS
Crypton teamed with Powerserve for their transformation into a new brand identity. Throughout the process, inputs from stakeholders, top management, and business associates allowed Powerserve to effectively specify and model the values of the company.
We drew inspiration from Crypton’s core values of security, ease of use, and reliability within the sphere of modern technology. The logo was updated to contain a tech-based graphic alongside clear and bold typography emphasizing the importance of technology and clear communication. Styling on website pages contains bright text and icons that catch the eye so the site is easily navigated. This ease-of-use carries through to the client portal and client onboarding systems.

The new client onboarding system was built to automate and streamline the onboarding process for new clients by using the same bold colors as the website while still maintaining a great user experience while filling out the forms. It also sped up the process for Crypton and removed many previous bottlenecks that were problematic in the previous system. Crypton was now more hands-off for this part of the process.
The existing client portal was rebranded to provide consistency among all of their products and to build greater brand awareness. With new branding, client onboarding system, and client portal, we then updated their current social media accounts in time for Crypton to show it all off using digital presentations and print material at upcoming tradeshows.
Crypton is now able to display all their solutions using fresh designs that make a bold statement and provide a user experience that feels effortless.
